World Premiere: One Direction - "Home" [Full Audio / Review]
Not only did One Direction release the “Perfect” music video today (Oct. 21), they also released an accompanying 4-track EP worldwide containing an acoustic version of their new single, two remixes and one b-side titled “Home”.
“Home”, which is not included on the band’s forthcoming “Made In The A.M” album, is an emotional mid-tempo indie-pop track that hears the 1D boys sing things like “I'll be your light / You'll never feel like you're alone / I'll make this feel like home”.
A rumor quickly spread among One Direction’s fanbase about “Home” being recorded with Zayn Malik’s departure in mind but I just think it’s the usual song about a girl who needs some guiding. In any case, “Home” is proof that there are more new One Direction tracks that those included on the “Made In The A.M” album tracklisting. What will they do with those “leftovers”? If you ask me and in view of “Made In The A.M” being their last album in a while, I would include those leftovers in more new surprise EPs like this one for "Perfect", or in a re-release of the new album in a very near future!
