Watch: Taylor Swift Performs "Shut Up And Dance" with Walk The Moon at "1989 Tour" Concert In Massachusetts
Taylor Swift got 50,000 people jumping up and down at the same time last night (July 24) at the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts (although the “Bad Blood” singer addressed the crowd as “Boston” all the time) with a joint performance of the hit pop single “Shut Up and Dance” with their original performers, band Walk the Moon.
Wearing matching green sparkling/glittery jackets, Walk the Moon frontman Nicholas Petricca and Tay-Tay moved all around the stage and the long middle catwalk belting out the uplifting “Shut Up and Dance”, off the latest Walk the Moon studio album “Talking Is Hard” (RCA).
What a high-powered, punchy performance this was! Nicholas Petricca of Walk the Moon is one vigorous performer that loves to dance manically all throughout his songs, and thank God Taylor Swift managed to keep up with his pace! She embraced the Nicholas Petricca ways for this performance.
Don’t miss the first seconds of the fan-recorded video below where Taylor informs the crowd that the guest artists that she’s bringing on select dates of the “1989 Tour” aren’t getting paid at all, and that they’re coming along simply because they want to make Taylor’s fans have a good time… yeah right…that must be it.
