Video: Maroon 5 Perform "V" Songs On "The Today Show"
Maroon 5 are releasing their fifth album “V" tomorrow, September 2nd, in the U.S, and that's why the Adam Levine-led band will be performing on television shows throughout this entire week. First show on the list was “The Today Show”. Maroon 5 took control of the outdoor stage at Rockefeller Plaza in New York City – just outside the NBC studios – to perform a three-song mini-concert before a crowd of thousands. Huge! I saw at least three street blocks packed with people!
Maroon 5's concert set list included: "Maps", the oldie but goodie "One More Night" (from album "Overexposed") and "It Was Always You".
Performance review: Absolutely killed it! The band was on fire, and so was Adam Levine! Wow. Such effortless strong vocals!
During the interview portion, Carson Daly inquired Adam about the new “V” album, and the upcoming “The Voice” season and its new coaches Pharrell and Gwen Stefani. Maroon 5's leader also announced that tomorrow they will announce the dates of a world tour. So make sure to follow the band's socials, and check their official website!
