U2 - "Invisible" [Music Video Premiere]
A six second clip of this music video premiered on the 2014 Super Bowl, and last night (Feb. 11) the full version was finally unveiled. The electro-tinged rock anthem "Invisible" is the lead single from U2's upcoming 13th studio album. The Danger Mouse executive-produced album will be released later this year via Island Records.
"Invisible" was made available for free download on iTunes on February 2 for just one day. In partnership with Bank of America, every free download would translate into $1 the bank would give to the RED foundation to fight AIDS around the world. Over 3 million dollars were raised. "Invisible" can be purchased now on iTunes for $1.29.
The six-sec clip of "Invisible" pretty much gave the theme of the video. It's a black and white "performance" music video. Bono and the rest of U2 play the uplifting record in concert before a crowd packing the venue holding cellphones, lighters and flashlights in the air, creating an "epic" atmosphere. U2 will give fans what they want. An amazing show.
