Tyga Releases New Song "Eyes Closed" and Its Music Video Is So Yellow: Watch
Huh, and we thought Tyga would be locked in at home feeling devastated about splitting from Kylie Jenner for the millionth time and that he would be incapable of releasing new music in a long time… but we got it wrong. Tyga is finding new strength in having his heart bruised and broken it seems. The rapper released a brand new single this Friday morning (May 5) entitled “Eyes Closed”. This will be featured on Tyga’s forthcoming fifth studio album, which is still pending an official release date.
“Eyes Closed” was produced by Tyga with the help of Alexander Edwards and Bedrock.
Very early today besides releasing “Eyes Closed” on digital stores, Tyga also premiered the new single’s official music video. But he did that as an exclusive for TIDAL. However, apparently in view of the poor early performance the viewership of the music video was having on the Jay-Z-owned platform, Tyga decided to amend his grave error and ended up uploading the music video on VEVO just an hour or so it debuted on TIDAL.
The “Eyes Closed” music video (available below) is very YELLOW, and it sees Tyga in Chinatown showing off his brand new car and motorcycle and making it rain a bit.
