Introduction
This is an official track from Troye Sivan's "Bloom" album (in stores August 31st, 2018).
The title of this song was leaked by Troye's label website (the Australian branch of EMI Music to be more precise) on July 25th, 2018.
“What a Heavenly Way to Die” takes its name from The Smiths’ “There Is a Light That Never Goes Out.” Sivan and his boyfriend heard the song on a road trip and he pictured them 30 years later, “two old gay guys” listening back and reminiscing.
Update: According to this Twitter user, some people may have already heard this song!
