The Weeknd, Kiesza & Shawn Mendes Proudly Perform at Canada's 2015 Juno Awards: Videos
The 2015 Juno Awards - the awards that honor Canadian music industry achievements – were held at the FirstOntario Centre in the city of Hamilton, Ontario on Sunday night, March 15. The big awards of the night were given to The Weeknd ("Artist of the Year"), Kiesza "Breakthrough Artist of the Year") and Magic! (“Single of the Year” for “Rude”), while live performances included those by: Shawn Mendes, Lights, and award-winners The Weekend and Kiesza.
Kiesza – in what undoubtedly was her worst outfit of her career (shame it happened at Canada’s Juno Awards) – performed a medley of “Sound of a Woman” and "Hideaway“, Shawn Mendes did his debut single “Life of the Party”, The Weeknd killed them vocals with a live rendition of his “50 Shades of Grey” soundtrack single ”Earned It” and finally Lights rocked out her super catchy electro-pop hit "Up We Go".
PS: There was no Justin Bieber this year.
