The Saturdays - 'Gentleman' (Music Video)
British girl band The Saturdays unveil the music video for their song "Gentleman". The sassy number is the new single from the ladies' upcoming fourth album. Watch above!
"Gentleman" is definetely a new sound for The Saturdays. It's edgy in some way, it's got an American feel to it, and it's more R&B-ish than just pop, or dance. "What About Us" was The Sats' first UK #1 hit and I was hoping the girls' would put out a new song of equal pop greatness as its follow-up but certainly they're playing it risky with "Gentleman". I kind dig the song, but I'm not too confident it can go #1, or mantain a Top 10 status for long.
As for the official "Gentleman" clip, well, it's kind dull and boring. It's the truth! This was filmed before Rochelle gave birth to her first child, baby girl Alaia-Mai. So you'll see a lot of camera work to try not fully display her gigantic belly. But in the end, it was kinda inevitable! The "Gentleman" MV shows all five girls playing very selfless women doing garden chores in a very Wisteria Lane setting, and dressing up in men suits.
