The Saturdays - 'Disco Love' (Music Video)
Check out the music video for the latest pop amazingness that is The Saturdays' brand new single "Disco Love". While the song is not out officially in the UK till October 6, the girl group have already sent the 100% perfect, uplifting "Disco Love" to radios, and have world premiered its music video on VEVO. I am so in love with this song at the moment. "What About Us" took some time to grow on me, I never totally liked "Gentleman", but single #3 off The Saturdays' long-delayed upcoming fourth studio album "Disco Love" was love at first listen. Such a simple, yet catchy and effective pop song. If promoted correctly, and the girls are lucky there's no tough competition on the week of October 6th, I think "Disco Love" can become their second UK #1.
As for the new single's music video, although me thinks budget could've been a bit higher, and plot could've been somewhat more elaborate, the "Disco Love" visual is cute. There are two clear different moments/scenes in the video; first when the girls are stuck with a broken vintage Volkswagen Van in the middle of the countryside and then having fun at a roller skating rink. Jessica Simpson's "A Public Affair" video deja-vu much?. Pregnant The Saturs member Frankie is present in the video (yey), but she is much left apart in the main shots as it was intended to hide her huge baby bump. She looks beautiful, though.
