Taylor Swift Performs "Complicated" With Avril Lavigne & "Cheerleader" With Omi at San Diego Concert: Watch
Taylor Swift brought Canadian singer Avril Lavigne and Jamaican singer Omi on stage at Petco Park in San Diego last night (August 29th) at the latest concert of the "1989 World Tour". FYI: She's doing 2 shows in SD!
Before over 40.000 people, Taylor performed with thought-to-be-nemesis Avril the 2002 monster pop hit "Complicated" - off Lavigne's debut album "Let Go" - and with Omi his recent #1 US smash "Cheerleader".
After the Tumblr drama that went down between Tay-Tay and Av-Av just a few days ago, you can certainly imagine the shocking face that I put on when I saw images and then videos of the girls' duet performance last night in San Diego. I guess Taylor must've given Avril a ring yesterday to try and settle this 'controversy' for once and for all, and what better way to make peace than inviting her on stage with her before a massive crowd, huh?
Anyhow, their "Complicated" performance was so amazing to watch! They brought the house down last night at Petco Park.
