Song Premiere: Marshmello & Chvrches' Unexpected Collaboration, "Here With Me"
Marshmello released a new song over the weekend. Entitled "Here With Me", this is a collaboration with indie-pop Scottish band Chvrches.
As of this post, three days after the song's official release date, "Here With Me" sits at #13 on the Top 100 Songs chart of iTunes (USA). That means the song has been well-received by the general public. For more often than not new songs that are set to become inevitable flops fall to the lowest positions of this chart after the weekend, with some even leaving the Top 100 altogether. But this hasn't happened to "Here With Me". Good news for Marshmello and Chvrches.
I would love to find out how did this collaboration come about... for Marshmello and Chvrches totally sound like an unexpected team.
