Song Premiere: Jordin Sparks - "I Wish We'd All Been Ready"
Jordin Sparks has a new song called "I Wish We'd All Been Ready" out for y'all. It isn't the first single from her third album yet (is it ever going to see the light of day?) but a ballad Jordin's specifically recorded for the Vic Armstrong-directed upcoming apocalyptic thriller film "Left Behind" (opens in theaters this Friday, October 3rd.) Stream below the full audio of Jordin's new track which was unveiled on VEVO last night (Sept. 30).

"I Wish We'd All Been Ready" Review
Well-sung, it sounds pretty and beautiful but overall Jordin's "I Wish We'd All Been Ready" is very "meh" and forgettable. It's obvious she had in mind the plot of the movie (millions of people vanish without scientific reason) when writing the songUpdate: The song is written and released by artist & writer, Larry Norman in 1969. Not really feeling the cheesy verses but I do like Jordin's vocal inflections when singing the hook. "There's no time to change your mind", warns Jordin to the people who won't be taken to Heaven by God. Oh no, have I said too much?. (I have the feeling the movie will flop anyway.).
