Song Premiere: Danity Kane - "Tell Me" [Full Version]
The second iTunes Countdown Single from Danity Kane's long-awaited "comeback" album "DK3" is here. After "Rhythm of Love" last week, this is the time now for "Tell Me". Danity Kane's last album (long story short: the group had re-united. Aundrea got pregnant and left. Dawn hit Aubrey on the head and that caused the end of the group. Danity Kane recently announced that they'd still put out the "DK3" album just for their fans but that this was it.) will be released on October 27th.
"Tell Me" - DL Review
It's a mid-tempo synth-R&B track. A very good track, I should say. You can tell Danity Kane have reached a point of total comfort with their vocals. As for the message for the song, it's very woman empowering. "But shouldn't have do that just to have you", sings Aubrey in the second verse of "Tell Me" in reference that she wants that boy to fall in love with her for the good reasons and not just because she's good in sex. So the Danity Kane ladies ask that "boy" to tell them what he really wants and look for in a woman.
