Shawn Mendes premiered the official music video for his song “Youth” featuring Khalid – off his self-titled third studio album – this week on YouTube. The music video sends a powerful message about the incredible talent the current youth generation has presenting various kids and adolescents from diverse backgrounds showing off their amazing skills and their high level of commitment with society. Shawn and Khalid won’t be the stars of a music video in this occasion but they will appear in some scenes singing their parts; Khalid under a bridge and Shawn in a warehouse.
This song is good but I feel like Shawn’s third album isn’t getting the attention it deserves. Hopefully this “Youth” music video and the “Lost in Japan” remix will change this situation.
