Shakira Dances To Sexy Bachata In "Deja Vu" Music Video: Watch The Premiere!
The second we saw there was a song with Shakira on his new album, we knew Prince Royce would release it sooner or later as an official single. And well, the time is now. "Deja Vu" is the title of the bachata track the Latino singer born in New York and the Colombian diva recorded, it's been playing on Latin radios in the US and in Latin America for a while now and today, March 24th, the official music video has arrived on VEVO.
Filmed by Shakira's long-time music video director buddy Jaume de Laiguana in Barcelona (because if Prince Royce wanted her to appear in the video of course he had to come to her to Barcelona - where her permanent residence is), the "Deja Vu" video sees Shakira participating in a bachata couples contest where good-looking Prince Royce will be the singer on the main stage overlooking the dancing people. In case you didn't you, bachata is a style of dance originated in the Dominican Republic, and it is one sexy very close together dance. At the end of the music video, Shakira will leave her partner and get to the guy she was really looking to bachata dance with. Yep, Mr. Royce. They looked too cute!
