Scissor Sisters Performs on Jonathan Ross & Shontelle Performs on NewNextNow Awards!
American band Scissor Sisters has kicked off the promotion of their forthcoming third album "Night Work" (June 28) and the first single "Fire With Fire" this week in the UK. The quartet performed the Stuart Price-produced song on the Jonathan Ross show in BBC One on Friday. Awesome performance! But what's with Jake's look? LOL. He looked like a serial killer or something. Anyway, vocals were on point, and just the energy they were transmitting was great. The band's trying a new sound with this new project, a bit more pop/rock and less festive electro-prop like in their smash hit "I Don't Feel Like Dancing", and kinda The Killer-ish some say. The new single "Fire With Fire" is out TODAY (June 20th) in the UK.
Beautiful singer Shontelle performed her latest single "Impossible" on the NewNextNow Awards held ealier this week in Los Angeles. Never heard of these awards but promo is promo. And the Bajan star hasn't done much really so it was about time. However, "Impossible" has become a big surprise, because despite almost the zero promotion she's done in the US the single managed to enter the Top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, so congrats to her! Shontelle looked absolutely stunning in this performance where she wore a very elegant red dress. She did her thing! She has to perform this song more. She rocks it.
