Sam Smith Brings Out Mary J. Blige at Apollo Theater Concert

Sam Smith performed a concert last night, June 17, at The Apollo Theater in New York City and mid-way his performance of ‘Stay With Me’, he left the crowd speechless when he welcomed on stage Mary J. Blige! The two recently released a remix version of the hit single ‘Stay With Me’ featuring the soulful and powerful vocals of the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul. Looking like the classy Queen she is, blonde Mary walked on stage wearing a black dress and black tights, Mary killed that second verse LIVE with her voice as fans in the audience couldn't stop screaming and panting.

Sam Smith’s debut album ‘In the Lonely Hour’ was released in the U.S yesterday, June 17, too. Best of luck to him because he’s going to need it having to fight face-to-face on his debut week with tough rivals such as; Lana del Rey and Linkin Park.
