Panic! at the Disco - "Victorious" [Music Video Premiere]
What a brilliant yet bizarre concept!
Panic! at the Disco dropped moments ago (Nov. 13) on YouTube the Brandon Dermer-directed official music video for their newest single “Victorious” and it is hilarious as hell. I call it the best thing to end this working week!
By the way, if you don’t know, the celebratory track “Victorious” is the latest single from the rock band’s upcoming new studio album titled “Death of a Bachelor”, which will be released on January 15th, 2016 via DCD2 / Fueled By Ramen.
Back to the official “MV”, it sees star member Brendon Urie getting her heart broken in pieces by his girlfriend who dumps him via a written letter. Urie instead of doing what all guys would do, that is immediately call her and beg her to come back while crying like a baby, gets it together and has the enough will power to not ring her up. For that he will receive a check with 1 million dollars. Huh!? Just see the video! To make a long story short, the “Victorious” video ends with Brendon Urie getting a deserving gift for all his will power. He will meet a new girl and with her he’ll have a very happy and sexy second shot at love.
