New Song: Tyga (feat. Jadakiss & Tupac) - 'Hit 'Em Up'
With his second studio album 'Hotel California' dropping next week on April 9th, Tyga takes to twitter to release one of the more highly anticipated records from the project. The record, titled 'Hit Em Up', features guest verses from veteran New York rapper Jadakiss and the late Tupac Shakur. It is an unheard verse from 'Pac but it's more of a mix of chopped up old vocals .I can already see more then a few people being unhappy with Tupac rapping over a DJ Mustard-produced beat.
Originally Tyga wanted fellow Young Money rapper Nicki Minaj to assist him on the record, but it never worked out. Instead he grabbed a verse from Jadakiss and told MTV "I sent it to Jadakiss and after that I was done with the song and then I had came across some 'Pac vocals from a friend," I was like, 'Man this would be dope,' but I didn't really know how to use it properly." Creative idea from Tyga to go back-to-back with 'Pac like that but it probably won't garner any love from Tupac's fanbase.
'Hotel California' is set to hit stores April 9th via Young Money/Cash Money Records. Pre-order the album on Amazon and be on the lookout for the visual of his single ''F*ck For The Road' to drop soon. Take a listen to 'Hit Em Up' below.
