New Music: You+Me - "Capsized" [Audio]
Behold the new iTunes countdown single from You+Me's debut album "Rose. Ave"; "Capsized". Pink and City and Colour have teamed up to record a joint folk-driven album and this is going to be released in stores on October 14th via RCA Records.
"Capsized" is the opening track on "Rose. Ave" and it is available for individual purchase on iTunes starting today, September 29th.
Featuring a guitar-based production, Pink and Dallas Green (aka. City and Colour) sing in the moody "Capsized" about the irreconcilable issues couples sometimes have. They use a metaphor of two ships crashing in the open sea and one being unable to save the other due to the strong currents (the irreconcilable issues) to portray that situation. Pretty powerful ballad, huh? Folk music suits Pink so well.
