New Music: Nelly – ‘Thanks To My Ex'
"One man's trash is another man's treasure." That's the point Nelly looks to make on his newest track release 'Thanks To My Ex'. The Missouri-raised artist has had his name circulating around blogs and social media for the past week thanks to a "beef" with boxer Floyd Mayweather over their Exes.
"It's his bad you found a new lover. It's her fault I'm looking for another. It ain't our problem girl, one man's trash is another man's treasure" sings Nelly, showcasing his vocal talent instead of rapping throughout the track.
The Nelly and Floyd Mayweather beef started last week when Floyd took to Instagram to voice his displeasure with ex-fiancee Shantel Jackson. He was upset about her being in relationship with Nelly and alleged that she aborted their twin babies back in December as well as paid for her plastic surgery. Nelly has now taken advantage of the whole situation by releasing a new track 'Thanks To My Ex'. Hit play and stream below.
