New Music: Marsha Ambrosius (feat. Dr. Dre) - 'Stronger'
Four months ago Marsha Ambrosius released a
personal re-work of the Sade classic "Love Is Stronger Than Pride”,
re-titled as just "Stronger Than Pride”. The beautiful cover was praised
by many reviewers and it received the music video treatment in mid-February. Marsha’s
"Stronger Than Pride” was confirmed for appearance on the singer’s second
solo album “Friends & Lovers” dropping soon (July 15) on RCA.
But today, June 20, a new version of Marsha's
Sade re-work has hit the Web. From "Love Is Stronger Than Pride” to “Stronger
Than Pride”, Marsha’s yet ‘new’ version is now known as “Stronger”, and it
features a rare verse by Dr. Dre!
Hey, where did this come from? And we even have an official artwork! So I guess this new version of ‘Stronger’ with Dre is Marsha's new single. Does this mean she will shoot a new music video as well? Marsha and Dr. Dre have recording music for many years now but we had yet to hear a proper track from them. And I guess the waiting is over now that we have ‘Stronger’ in our hands. This is great music!
