New Music: G.R.L - "Girls Are Always Right" [Studio / Premiere]
The girls from G.R.L - you know, Robin Antin's new girl band that Dr. Luke signed to his label - will be releasing their self-titled debut EP on iTunes on July 29th - next Tuesday - via RCA Records. The 5-song EP will feature the current G.R.L single “Ugly Heart”, the previously heard song "Show Me What You Got", or this new song called "Girls Are Always Right", which the female quintet premiered online earlier on Friday, July 25th. This means there would be only two new songs left to be heard; "Rewind" and "Don't Talk About Us". To hear these, we'll have to wait till EP release time.
“Girls Are Always Right” is track no. 5 on the “G.R.L” EP and it was co-written by Lukas Hilbert, Katerina Loules and Emily Harder.
Review of "Girls Are Always Right"
If this isn’t a female empowering anthem, then nothing is! "Girls Are Always Right" is a pop-urban song (well balanced between these two genres) that hears the girls singing about how “even if we're wrong / girls are always right”. I like the energy and the piano bits in this. Ladies will definitely love to have this song on repeat!
