New Music: Fall Out Boy & Demi Lovato - "Irresistible" Remix [Full Audio]
Fall Out Boy’s latest single “Irresistible”, from the album “American Beauty/American Psycho”, had been doing a pretty good job on rock radio and iTunes but for some reason it had yet to take off on the Hot 100. What could FOB and their label of Island/DCD2 do to correct this situation? Come up with a remix of course! This remix, featuring pop star Demi Lovato (major!), was released today (Oct. 16) with an accompanying music video.
The remix slays, Demi adds a new fierce/cool energy to it (actually, she should consider releasing a complete cover of “Irresistible” herself…the song totally sounds like it was a meant for her, doesn’t it?) but WTF at the music video? Starring Doug The Pug…really? What a let down. I was honestly expecting Fall Out Boy and Demi to have shot a really amazing, high-budget music video for the “Irresistible” remix for us. Anyhow, loving the new version of the song! I hope they perform it somewhere in the near future. That’d be amazing to watch!
