New Music: Drake (feat. Soulja Boy) - 'We Made It (Freestyle)'
Drake promised new music before the end of 2013 and keeps to that promise as he releases a new collaboration with Soulja Boy titled 'We Made It'. The Toronto rapper took to his SoundCloud page in the early morning hours on December 28th and let go the track with a message of "New Years Eve Anthems on deck".
"B*tches can't front on the kid anymore, man they know what my name is. And if by chance she don't know who I am she know that I'm famous" Drake arrogantly spits. Soulja Boy takes care of the hook while Drizzy does what he does best with two verses. The original version of the track can be found on Soulja's recent mixtape release 'The King'.
The new Drake music isn't finished. Shortly after the release of 'We Made It', Drake tweeted out "Trophies up next." 'Trophies' is a record Drake originally recorded for his junior album 'Nothing Was The Same' but never ended up putting it on the final cut. Stay tuned and listen to 'We Made It' below.
