Columbia Records may be doing a poor job
"Scarecrow" (can't believe that as of this post the song is nowhere
to be found on the Top 100 chart of iTunes!) but I think it's all going to be
OK if they move on ASAP to single #2 picking “Little Do You Know” obviously. I
am loving “Little Do You Know” better than “Scarecrow", and that’s the
truth. I understand the reasoning behind releasing "Scarecrow" as first
single but it was uptempo and it sounded more radio-friendly, but “Little Do
You Know” sounds to be as a potential “Say Something” for Alex and Sierra.
Sierra’s vocals in the new song are just heavenly, the contrast with Alex’s voice makes a perfect combination, and overall sound of the pop ballad is delicate and beautiful and it makes you want to hear “Little Do You Know” over and over again. The lyrics talk about a ‘difficult moment’ in the relationship due to something Alex’s done (Sierra: “I’m ready to forgive you but forgetting is a harder fight”) but it all seems to resolve in the end. O to the M-G. The chorus just slays my soul so much!
