Martin Garrix & Bebe Rexha Show It’s All “In The Name Of Love” Live On ‘Jimmy Fallon’: Watch
Famous teen DJ Martin Garrix and rising pop singer Bebe Rexha offered the first televised performance of their collaborative summer single “In The Name Of Love” last night on NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”.
If you haven’t heard this song at your favorite local club yet, which would seem extremely strange to me, you should listen to it immediately because the song is too cool and the beat drop in particular is to die for - possibly one of Martin’s best productions ever.
For last night’s “Jimmy Fallon” performance, Bebe Rexha wore a sexy red outfit and Martin Garrix replaced his precious turntable for an electric guitar. Both stars were assisted on stage by The Roots.
Martin seemed to be a little bit too shy while he was playing his guitar. What happened? He’s a completely different man when he’s behind his turntable at a DJ concert. Was that it? Or maybe TV performances aren’t his thing? Meanwhile, Bebe Rexha did offer a more confident attitude on stage, but unfortunately last night was her night vocally. Although all in all she sounded “okay”, there sadly were a few pitchy, cringy moments. I guess “In The Name Of Love” is a tough song to sing live? Also, am I the only one who found Bebe’s jaw movements during the chorus to be somewhat weird?
