Maroon 5 - "Sugar" [Music Video Premiere!]
Perfect single release for Valentine’s Day, huh?
The new Maroon 5 single from “V” is the love pop song “Sugar” and although it’s already impacted on pop radio (it officially did yesterday, January 13) and its music video is out today, Adam Levine and Co. won’t be properly promoting – that is performing it on television – until February which is the month carrying Valentine’s Day.
And Maroon 5 definitely had Valentine’s Day in their minds when coming up with the treatment for the “Sugar” MV. Directed by David Dobkin, the sweet clip made its way onto VEVO around noon on Tuesday, January 14th (exactly a month before ‘V’ day). Watch the 'full of surprises’ video below:
Now wouldn’t that be the most perfect wedding gift ever!? Maroon 5 crashing your wedding reception and performing “Sugar” entirely for you and your loved ones!? Adam and Co. crashed a handful of real wedding receptions and the shocked faces of the newlyweds (gold moment: the lady mouthing "WTF!") are just priceless!!!
I like “Sugar” but if Maroon 5 don’t release “In Your Pocket” as their next single they are going to get banned from my posts. Thank you.
