Listen to Ricky Martin's New Single "Adios"
Ricky Martin has a new single to promote. The Puerto Rican singer just unveiled the audio of a new song called "Adios" ("Goodbye" in Spanish) that will serve as the new single from his Ricky's forthcoming tenth studio album which will be out in stores in Q1 of 2015 via Sony Music. "Adios" is the follow-up to Ricky’s previous singles “Come With Me” (huge hit in Australia and club hit around the world last year) and the FIFA World Cup song “Vida” (released this summer).
"Adios" is going to cater to different markets. For Ricky premiered on his YouTube channel today (Sept. 22) English, French and Spanish versions for "Adios". The sound of Ricky Martin’s new song can be described as “gypsy music meets big band instrumentation".
“You got me feeling like I don't know / If I wanna stay, if I wanna go / I think I've lost all my control / You got me feeling loco”, sings Ricky in the pre-chorus of his new single “Adios”. In the lyrics, the openly-gay singer sings about the seductive power of a man he’s really interested in. He’s just taken control of Ricky’s feelings and heart. “My heart's on the floor / Thirsty for more”, sings a defenceless Mr. Martin.
