Listen: Eminem Debuts New Single ‘Survival’ In Call of Duty: Ghosts Commercial
Plenty of big music releases this Summer and it looks like Marshall Mathers will be joining in on the action as well. The Detroit rapper has debuted his new single 'Survival' on a Multiplayer commercial for the 'Call of Duty: Ghosts' video game. You can expect to find 'Survival' on Eminem's upcoming 8th studio album due out later this year.
The record also features a female singer on the hook which very much sounds like his Shady Records signee Skylar Grey. No confirmation on that yet though. The sound of the track is familiar with that of his last album 'Recovery'.
During the debut of the trailer at a press conference, Eminem left a videotaped message: "The song’s about fighting back and it seems like it fits Ghosts perfectly, I’m gonna be a big part of the game. My new song’s in it, got a video dropping for it soon too.”. Look for the official video for 'Survival' to release soon and take a listen to a preview of the single above.
Update: According to Rap Radar's Elliott Wilson, 'Survival' is not the official single from the album.
