Leona Lewis’ Stunning Performance Of “Cats” Hit Song “Memory” On ‘GMA’ Is A Must-Watch! [VIDEO]
She may have been cast last minute to replace dropper Nicole Scherzinger, but British singer Leona Lewis is doing one hell of a job at the Broadway revival of the musical “Cats”.
Opening night of “Cats” at Broadway's Neil Simon Theatre only occurred last Saturday (July 31) and today, August 4th, the whole cast of “Cats” paid a visit to ABC’s “Good Morning America” to tell all NYC residents and potential future NYC visitors, by way of singing a medley, the reasons why everyone should go buy tickets for a show.
“Jellicle Songs for Jellicle Cats” was performed first and then the good part came. Leona Lewis stepped on the stage of “GMA” to deliver what would be a sensational performance of the “Cats” hit number “Memory”, all dressed in her fierce Grizabella character.

What a voice, lord. I got goosebumps! I better book my NYC tickets right away. “Cats” seems to be a must-see. At least Leona’s making it a must-see. If I was amazed by a mere televised performance, can you imagine how Leona’s “Memory” live rendition must be “felt” as crowd at a Broadway theater?
Nicole Scherzinger, who?
