Leona Lewis, John Rzeznik, Prince Royce & Paulina Rubio Perform on "The X Factor USA"
Leona, John, Prince and Paulina hit the "X Factor USA" stage on Wednesday (December 18th) during the last performance show of Season 3. Watch videos below!
Leona is in the States to do two appearances on Fox's talent show. First appearance was last night with a duet performance with finalists Alex & Sierra (they performed Leona's #1 song "Bleeding Love") and tonight (December 19), the British vocal powerhouse will return to perform most-likely her Christmas single "One More Sleep".
Alex & Sierra, and Leona delivered a "pretty" performance of "Bleeding Love", but all in all, the song choice was terrible for the "X Factor" finalists. This just isn't their style.
Rocker finalist Jeff Gutt teamed up with Go Go Dolls frontman John Rzeznik to perform "Iris", the 1998 rock smash hit by the American alternative rock band. What's happened to John Rzeznik? He looks like David Bowie nowadays.
Potential X Factor winner, and Latin heartthrob Carlito Olivero made a duet with rising Latin star Prince Royce (born in New York, hence the perfect English accent) to sing the beautiful song "Stand by Me". Carlito's vocals weren't 100% crisp perfect, but this was a nice performance. Carlito should also pay close attention to Prince's career. That should be the path he follows if wants to find success in the music business.
Last but not least, Paulina Rubio slayed the "X Factor" stage with a sizzling performance of her song "Boys Will Be Boys". The RedOne-produced song proved to be a hit on the Latin Hot 100 and charts of many Spanish-speaking countries last year. I had no doubt Paulina was going to use play-back but her performance was entertaining.
