Lana Del Rey - "Lust For Life": Album Lyrics
Today’s a good day for Lana del Rey fans but not a good day for the New York singer. Today, July 19th, two days before the official global release of Lana’s new album “Lust for Life”, the complete studio project has leaked online. That’s right, all 16 tracks that make up Lana’s fourth major label release are out and streamable (if you can find them).
16 is the finite number of new Lana del Rey songs we’ll hear this era. For there will be no deluxe edition, nor it is expected Lana will include bonus tracks on the Japanese edition.
“Lust for Life” features collaborations with The Weeknd, A$AP Rocky, Playboi Carti, Stevie Nicks, and Sean Ono Lennon. And as for the producers who worked in the creation of the music for “Lust for Life”, the list of geniuses is as follows: Rick Nowels, Benny Blanco, Boi-1da, Hector Delgado, Emile Haynie, Max Martin, Kieron Menzies, Dean Reid, and Jahaan Sweet.
The release of “Lust for Life” will be preceded by the official singles; “Love”, and title track “Lust for Life”.
Two days early is not the same as two weeks or a week early, so I think Lana shouldn’t be that worried about first-week sales getting severely hurt from this leak. What’s the challenge, though? Lana must be able to improve the firs-week sales of her last album, 2015’s “Honeymoon”, which sold 116,000 copies in its first seven days in the U.S. *grabs pop-corn, and waits out for Billboard’s Top 200 chart next week*
