Kings of Leon - 'Supersoaker' (Music Video)
Watch now the world premiere of Kings of Leon's official music video for "Supersoaker", the lead single from the Nashville southern rock band's sixth studio album "Mechanical Bull", due in stores next September 24th via RCA Records. W.I.Z.-directed visual above.
I'm getting somewhat worried that I don't see this song - which absolutely love - sitting comfortably in the iTunes Top 10, and blowing up on radios in the US yet. I think when released on iTunes, "Supersoaker" had a good moment on the charts, peaking somewhat high, but fast-forward to present day, Kings of Leon's new single is nowhere to be found on the Top 100. Hopefully the premiere of the music video will change things for better. "Supersoaker" has to be a hit. It sounds like one!
The "Supersoaker" MV shows Caleb and Co. rocking out a performance of the feel-good song, as an image of a lied down woman is beamed on a screen behind them, and random 'extras' act and dress like they're stuck in the 70's. There's also a very Instragram-esque filter added to the music video. Very simple video, but I totally connected with it!
