Kane Brown Wants His “Hometown” To Feel Proud of Him: New Song Alert!
Did you know that one of my country weaknesses is up-and-coming singer Kane Brown? Well imagine how excited I am to know that with the help of RCA Nashville and Sony Music he is releasing his debut studio album on December 2nd. And although I’ve read some mean online comments about Kane saying he doesn't stay ‘true’ to the identity of country music, I strongly differ, for I actually think that what Kane does is also valid. I liked “Used to Love You Sober”, his “Chapter 1” EP, and I will undoubtedly support Kane when he drops his new album in December.
Today, October 21st, Kane Brown has released a new countdown single from his upcoming self-titled debut LP: the album’s opening track “Hometown”. This one is a country-rock song where Kane Brown basically tells about his feelings of his journey in music to date and how he will be immensely happy if he makes his hometown in Georgia feel proud of him. “All I wanna do is make my hometown proud / Make them turn it up loud”, sings Kane on the chorus. This is so feel-good and I love it!
Haters keep hating and just watch Kane Brown keep killing it. The potential of his career is exciting. He’s got the looks and the right music.
