Jonas Blue & Liam Payne Join Forces On “Polaroid”: Single Premiere
English DJ Jonas Blue released his new single “Polaroid” featuring Liam Payne and Lennon Stella today on digital platforms. This is Jonas Blue’s next single after “I See Love” with Joe Jonas from the “Hotel Transylvania 3” soundtrack. “Polaroid” is a new one-off single for the fall season and Jonas Blues keeps on proving he has a strong network of industry contacts because obtaining a collaboration with Liam Payne I’m convinced isn’t the easiest of tasks.
I’m a fan of Jonas Blues ever since his 2016 hit “By Your Side” with RAYE. Then I loved his song “Mama” with William Singer last year, and in 2018 I adored “Alien” with Sabrina Carpenter. And what about “Polaroid”? Well, it ain’t a bad song but it’s very “vanilla” for Jonas Blues standards. I enjoyed my first listen but I didn’t finish it with the feeling of wanting it to hear the song again so soon.
“We took a polaroid / You signed your name up on it / I put it in my wallet / Hopin' I'd see your face again”, sings Liam in the chorus. Here’s hoping Liam traces that elusive girl is because he sounds in love!
