Jennifer Lopez & French Montana Perform 'I Luh Ya Papi' On American Idol [Video]
Jennifer Lopez left the judges' table on tonight's episode of American Idol and brought her talents on stage for a performance of her new single 'I Luh Ya Papi' featuring fellow New York artist French Montana. The Detail-produced track will live on J. Lo's 8th studio album dropping this Summer.
J. Lo was not alone for her first ever live performance of 'I Luh Ya Papi'. After an introduction from Keith Urban and Harry Connick Jr, the camera panned to the graffiti-filled stage where the 44-year old pop star was joined by former American Idol contestants Pia Toscano, Allison Iraheta, and Jessica Sanchez. The three helped J. Lo kick off an energetic performance and then French Montana came in towards the end to do his part and close out the track. All-around good performance!
No title yet for J. Lo's 8th studio LP but she did just recently reveal the highly anticipated project is scheduled to impact retailers in the United States on June 17th via Capitol Records. As well as French Montana, we can expect additional guest appearances from Tyga, Maxwell, Robin Thicke and Big Sean.
