J. Balvin & Anitta Talk Cunnilingus In New Spanish Single “Downtown”: Stream
Anitta joins forces with Colombian reggaeton star J. Balvin for a second time. Early last year she jumped on an official Spanish-Portuguese remix of J. Balvin’s massive Latin hit “Ginza”. Now she’s recorded with him an original fully-in-Spanish song named “Downtown” (and here’s a warning: it’s not about the center of a city). The track was released this Monday morning (November 20) on all digital platforms and we can expect the official music video to premiere later today.
“Downtown” is not your typical upbeat reggaeton J. Balvin song. And this is a surprise. And a happy one because J. Balvin finally proves he can also do a different kind of music. It’s not all about reggaeton – although there’ll be a reggaeton, pary-ready remix of “Downtown” coming soon because J. Balvin knows that’s where the real money (at least for him) will come from in the end. “Downtown” is a sexy, mid-tempo ballad with a clear Latin vibe and also some synth elements. The lyrics of the song talk about cunnilingus. So “downtown” is Anitta’s you know what. She’s a woman who has no issues about openly talking about her sexuality and where she finds the most pleasure in. So she tells J. Balvin that if he truly wants to help her relieve her accumulated stress he better go “downtown” and impress her with his best “job”. And by what we hear in the rest of the lyrics in the verses, J. Balvin did a very good job.
“Downtown” is sexy, it’s a perfect listen for couples who couples who don’t want to leave the bed in this chilly winter days, and it’s definitely one of our favorite Spanish slow jams of 2017. These two better not disappoint in the music video.
