Iggy Azalea Reveals 'Kill Bill'-Themed Cover for 'Black Widow'
Iggy Azalea
revealed on Friday night (July 11th) the official artwork for her next single “Black Widow” featuring Rita Ora. The Stargate-produced track serves as the fifth
single from Iggy’s Top 3 debut album “The New Classic”. The song has already
impacted on U.S radio and it’s currently on the rise (good!) on both Pop and
Rhythmic formats.
It seems
Iggy has found a liking in giving her singles movie themes. If the music video
for "Fancy" had an obvious 'Clueless' inspiration, the music video
for the banger that is "Black Widow" will be 'Kill Bill’-themed. Why
do I know this? Just check out above the official cover for the next Iggy
Azalea single. Quentin Tarantino will definitely like the cover! In it, Iggy
and Rita channel their inner ‘Black Mambas’.
The “Black Widow” music video has been already shot and it’s just pending the call from Iggy’s label to be premiered. Surely they are waiting for "Fancy" to drop from #1. I say we'll have the video by the beginning of August!
