Full Audio of Hailee Steinfeld's "Most Girls": Song Premiere!
If rumors are true, Hailee Steinfeld will be releasing her much-anticipated full-length debut studio album later in 2017, and this song, produced by Ryan Tedder, “Most Girls”, is the lead single* off of it. “Most Girls” is scheduled for worldwide release on April 28th, 2017 via Interscope Records.
FYI: Not long ago we could enjoy other new Hailee Steinfeld music. It was Machine Gun Kelly’s collaboration with her “At My Best”. Have you checked it out?
Boasting a rather organic pop production from Ryan Tedder, “Most Girls” hears Hailee Steinfeld singing about how much she wants to be like most girls; as in being strong, smart and beautiful. But isn’t she already those things? Just asking!
Maybe here we can find an explanation: “You know some days you feel so good in your own skin / But it's okay if you want to change the body that you came in”. OH! So she wants to be smarter, stronger, and more beautiful? Ok. That’s easy: go to college, go to the gym, and and get good plastic surgeon/hire a better make-up artist?
Our final thoughts: “Most Girls” sounds cute but in comparison to the songs in Ms. Hailee’s debut EP, this sounds a bit weak.
