Foxes Lets H&M Premiere Her New "Feet Don't Fail Me Now" Music Video! Check Out This New Song Now!
My Foxes can’t do wrong. The music video for a new song from the British songstress titled “Feet Don’t Fail Me Now” has just been unveiled on YouTube. Did it premiere on Foxes’ VEVO page, as it would normally be? No. It premiered on low-cost fashion juggernaut H&M’s YouTube account. Say what!? I’m sensing Ella Eyre’s premiere of her video for “Good Times” on ASOS’ YouTube account yesterday was the beginning of a very weird new strategy in the UK music industry; to give the exclusive premiere of your new videos to major fashion companies in exchange of…. huge amounts of plays of your songs at their stores? Loads of money? Free clothes for a year? What is it!?
Anyhow! “Feet Don’t Fail Me Now” is track that WILL be appearing on Ms. Foxes’ forthcoming second studio album “All I Need” (out in October), and it’s another piece of solid proof, which I really didn’t need, that demonstrates her new album will be stellar. “Feet Don’t Fail Me Now” is a big sounding indie pop song with a gigantic production and equally gigantic vocals by Ms. Foxes.
The H&M-premiered MV shows Foxes being the pillar of a family. She has to control her crazy mother, and be the real mother and father of his little brother, who has to hear every day her crazy mother causing trouble at home yelling at her poor sister Foxes. The kid is a co-star in this “Feet Don’t Fail Me Now” video as he has a longer storyline in it. One day he finally gets the courage to attend a ballerina class for little girls to show off his innate talent for contemporary dancing. Awww!
