Florence and The Machine Have A Hit On Their Hands With “Hunger”: Single Premiere
Florence and the Machine unveiled their new single "Hunger" just moments ago. "Hunger" exclusively premiered on Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 show before it got released on all digital platforms. The song will appear on Florence and the Machine's upcoming fourth studio album "High As Hope", which will be released on June 29th.

On an Instagram post, Florence explained a little bit how "Hunger" came to being:
"Tell me what you need, oh, you look so free / The way you use your body, baby, come on and work it for me / Don't let it get you down, you're the best thing I've seen / We never found the answer but we knew one thing / We all have a hunger", sings Florence Welch in this super emotional and powerful upbeat song.
I don't want to get too excited because I don't want to jinx anything, but I really think Florence and the Machine have a hit on their hands with "Hunger". This is the first Florence song since 2011 (with the "Ceremonials" singles "Shake It Out" and "Spectrum") to have a clear commercial sound and potential to be a mega hit.
