Fall Out Boy, Iggy Azalea & Lady Antebellum Perform at 2015 People’s Choice Awards (Videos)
Australian rapper Iggy Azalea, rock band Fall Out Boy and country stars of Lady Antebellum performed their newest singles live at the 2015 People’s Choice Awards held at the Nokia Theatre on Wednesday (Jan. 7th) in Los Angeles, California.
Besides (hotly) performing her semi-hit single “Beg for It” (sans MØ again) – the lead single from “Reclassified” – the Sydney raptress also hit the stage at the Nokia Theatre to accept the ‘Favorite Hip-Hop Artist’ award during the telecast. Iggy beat the likes of Jay-Z, Drake, Nicki Minaj and T.I in the category. *rolls eyes* No comments...
Fall Out Boy rocked out their hit single “Centuries”. It was a performance filled with WOW vocals by frontman Patrick Stump.
Lady Antebellum performed for the crowd at the venue and the viewers at home their latest single “Freestyle”, off their “747” album. The performance was nice but I’m just shocked at the fact they’re still pushing “Freestyle”. This song hasn’t had the best chart performance. One would say it has flopped - by Lady Antebellum's standards. It stuck at #32 on the Billboard Country Songs Chart and on Country radio "Freestyle" only managed to peak at #20. These are no good positions for a band like Lady Antebellum. Why don’t they pick a new single already for crying out loud? “Freestyle” was released in October!!!
