Emeli Sande Amazes Live On 'The Voice UK' + Tulisa Underwhelms On 'Britain's Got Talent'
Rising British singer-songwriter Emeli Sandé was the guest performer on the results show of 'The Voice UK', while Ms Tulisa Contostavlos performed on 'Britain's Got Talent', both on Sunday night (May 6th)...Watch now! 24-year-old Sandé debuted her brand new single "My Kind of Love" live on the British edition of 'The Voice' with an absolute flawless, goosebumps-worthy performance. The projection of her voice is amazing! And the song is oh-so-pretty! I hope it reaches the Top 5 at the least.
Also on Sunday evening, former N-Dubz star, 23-year-old Tulisa delivered the first televised performance of her debut solo single "Young" during the broadcast of the first live shows on the new series of 'Britain's Got Talent'. First of all, let's remind and congratulate Tulisa for getting the #1 in the UK with "Young". I said the song sounded like a smash, and it has proved so. Now, regarding her very first live performance of the song on TV last night...it was simply horrible. OMG. I'd feel so embarrased if that was me. It was like literally Tulisa didn't know what to do on stage. The vocals were not so hot (was she nervous?...), and all the dancing moves Tulisa and Co. did were so basic. Oh, and please dear Tulisa, have your stylist fired NOW! That dress...those shoes....lord have mercy. Tulisa MUST do some damage control for the next performance. "Young" does not deserve this kind of 'live' mess.
What do YOU think of the performances?
