Ed Sheeran, Pitbull & Jennifer Hudson Perform On "America's Got Talent" [Video]
“America's Got Talent” wrapped up its ninth season last night (September 17) on NBC, and it did so featuring three show-stopping live performances by guest stars; England's Ed Sheeran, Miami's Pitbull and Chicago's Jennifer Hudson!
Ed Sheeran performed his new single “Don’t”, from the album “X”. As you may already know, the soulful song is inspired by Ed’s old relationship with Ellie Goulding, who cheated on him. Ed, with just a guitar, killed it.
After “Fashion Rocks”, rapper Pitbull delivered the second televised performance of “Fireball” – lead single from his upcoming album “Globalization” – on “America's Got Talent” on Wednesday night. It was an explosive performance that featured killer lighting effects and tons of sexy ladies shaking their bodies to the Latin-flavoured beat of “Fireball”. Like "Fireball" or not, Pitbull murdered that stage.
Last but not least, Jennifer Hudson – who’s dropping her new album “JHUD” on September 23 - performed the latest single "It's Your World". As a handful of female back-up dancers danced to the song on small platforms around here, Jennifer was in the center belting out the "It's Your World" notes. Great performance… but honestly, what’s the point? I love Jennifer, but she and I (and the rest of the world) know that "JHUD” is going to sell miserably. There’s not stopping it. She doesn’t a hit single yet.
