Desiigner Gives Fans 2 New Songs: "Up" & "Thank God I Got It"
Desiigner just made this Tuesday feel a little bit better.
The "Tiimmy Turner" rapper (that's our favorite song from him) released not one but two new singles this morning. One's called "Up" and the other "Thank God I Got It". This will definitely be appearing on his long-awaited full-length debut album "The Life of Desiigner", which was supposed to come out last year but we delayed till 2017. It could drop any day now! Doesn't this dual single release smell like "something's almost here..."?
"Up" was produced by Juicy J and CashMoneyAP. The song's intro and outro samples the hook of Three 6 Mafia's 1995 hit single "Tear Da Club Up" (for those wondering why it sounded so familiar). Meanwhile, "Thank God I Got It" is a production of GOOD Music's Mitus.
In "Up", Desiigner raps about him wanting to get richer and right, while in "Thank God I Got It" he mentions the "Broccoli" hit and makes a lot of pop culture references. Both are bangers!
