David Guetta & Justin Bieber To Release Collaboration “2U” This Friday!
Justin Bieber will be releasing a collaboration with David Guetta this Friday, June 9th, the Canadian singer announced today via Twitter. The brief and straight-forward message read: “New music. This Friday. Me and @davidguetta #2U”. “2U” is expected to be the title of the song he and the French DJ have cooked up. The song will become Friday the official follow-up single to the Nicki Minaj-assisted “Light My Body Up”, which David Guetta released earlier this year. Both tracks are expected to appear on his forthcoming seventh studio album.
David Guetta and Justin Bieber had never recorded together. This will be a first timer for everybody.

Rumor has it that the mysterious Justin Bieber song we know as “Close To You” that he previewed while clubbing in Manchester, England last year is the song with Guetta.

Unfortunately for the French DJ, “Light My Body Up” failed to impress in the US, not managing to chart at all on the Billboard Hot 100. But since Justin Bieber is now the collaborator of his new single, David Guetta can be rest assured that “2U” will chart on that important chart and it will surpass the sales of “Light My Body Up” with much ease.
