Justin Bieber Charged With MISDEMEANOR and Not Felony In 'Egging' Case! Do You Agree?
Lucky Justin Bieber! After months of self-debating
whether the ‘All Bad’ singer’s 'egging' attack was a misdemeanor or a felony, today,
Wednesday, July 9, the L.A. County District Attorney finally decided it was MISDEMEANOR!
“Misdemeanor vandalism” to be precise. That’s what we should now officially call the stupid ‘action’ Justin Bieber did on his neighbour last January when he
viciously egged his house.
Although not getting a felony charge makes Justin avoid lengthy prison time, it's not ALL good news for him. Because should he be found guilty of “misdemeanor vandalism” later, his sentence could involve “prison
sentence of less than a year, smaller fine, or a combination of both”.
According to TMZ.com, who first broke the news earlier today, “One prosecutor who investigated the case told the victim of the attack said, "If this isn't a felony, nothing is."”. WELL, I think in view of Justin’s recent ‘incidents’ the D.A SHOULD HAVE charged him with felony instead to teach Justin a lesson or two.
Just re-watched the 'egging' video, by the way. What was he thinking? The boy needs help.

UPDATE: The DA offered Justin a deal and he's accepted it. In exchange of "two years probation, community service and paying for the damage to the egged house", the on-and-off Selena Gomez boyfriend won't go to prison.
