Cover Drive - 'All My Love' (Music Video)
Bajan pop group Cover Drive have unveiled the music video for "All My Love", the official first single from their upcoming sophomore studio album due in 2013. Watch above!
A very summery video, for a very summery song. Sadly, I am not feeling the song at all, and that's the most important thing out of both. "All My Love" is very summer, happy, and very Caribbean-esque (it's got steelpan), but it's weak. So weak, I thought at first I was hearing a b-side. The chorus is so dull, I am not even kidding! I'll be surprised if Cover Drive make this a hit. As for the "All My Love" video, well, it's very appropriate. In it, we see Cover Drive, led by the beautiful Amanda Reifer, getting ready to perform and rock with the attendees at this pool party at a mansion with stunning ocean views located in some Caribbean country I assume. Amanda shows off her smokin' hot body. MAJOR. Hopefully, their new album has better tracks than "All My Love". Their debut ("Bajan Style") had a few gems. "Explode" for example, which I'm stilling playing a lot. Cover Drive should honestly stick to that electro-reggae style.
