Carrie Underwood Delivers Mind-Blowing Performance Of “Cry Pretty” At 2018 ACMs
Carrie Underwood performed her new single “Cry Pretty” for the first time live at the 2018 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday night (April 15). Held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, Carrie delivered an amazing performance of the first single from her upcoming sixth studio album at this prestigious country awards show, which was also her first televised performance since her November 2017 home fall that caused injuries on both her face (needed over 40 stitches) and wrist. Dressed in a sequinned black minidress, the recovered music star blew the crowd’s minds with her sensational performance of “Cry Pretty”. It was vocals for days, weeks and years!
That standing ovation at the end was more than deserved. Carrie gave her all and it was only fair for the guests at the MGM Grand Garden Arena to get up on their feet and applaud Ms. Underwood for what she had done on stage.
Mark my words; we will never see a bad vocal performance from Carrie.
Oh, and by the way, “Cry Pretty” is so going to win something at the Grammy Awards next year. You wait and see!
